San Diego Region Joint Planning Conference

The San Diego Mathematics Engineering Science Achievement (MESA) Alliance and Solar Turbines will host a unique event to bring student leaders and professionals together to network, collaborate and exchange ideas for improving science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) education. The San Diego MESA Alliance aims to increase the number of students to pursue academic and career paths in STEM industries, increase retention in these disciplines, and promote opportunities in post graduate studies.

Together, student and professional leaders will be able to incorporate STEM career pathways and outreach into their planning for the upcoming academic year.

The conference, which will feature a panel of student officer alumni, is intended to give professional and student leaders from different organizations an opportunity to get together and share their stories, goals and ideas.
